Thank you for supporting Jnana Foundation. We appreciate your interest in our nature walks, talks, and workshops. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for event tickets purchased from us.


General Refund Policy

1.1. All ticket sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds for event tickets, except under specific circumstances outlined below.


1.2. Jnana Foundation reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify ticket holders promptly and provide an option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.


Refund Eligibility

2.1. Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by Jnana Foundation, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. We will initiate the refund process automatically, and the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within 14 days after the cancellation notification.


2.2. Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled by Jnana Foundation, ticket holders will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or request a refund. If you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, you must submit a refund request within 3 days after the rescheduling announcement. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the refund request.


2.3. Workshop or Speaker Change: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that lead to a change in the workshop content or speaker, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative. However, if you choose not to attend the modified event, you may request a refund within 1 day after the event, and refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the refund request.

3.1. To request a refund, please send an email to impact@jnanafoundation.org with the subject line "Refund Request - [Event Name]." In your email, include the following details:

Email Address used for ticket purchase

Event Name

Ticket Order Number

3.2. All refund requests will be processed as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.


No-Show Policy

4.1. If you fail to attend an event without providing prior notice or requesting a refund within the specified time frames, you will not be eligible for a refund.
